3 Compliments Every Man Wants To Hear

Today is National Compliment Day! Woop woop.

To celebrate the occasion, I wanted to share with you 3 compliments that every man wants to hear:

1) "YOU'RE DOING GREAT"

Men gauge their own sense of value based on their ability to accomplish tasks. When it's going well, he feels like he can take on the world. When it's not going well, he feels like a failure. What he craves most is encouragement. By telling him "you're doing great", it shows that you acknowledge his efforts and believe in his abilities.

2) "I'M SO PROUD OF YOU"

Men want to feel like their work is meaningful. He wants to feel like he's contributing and doing the right thing. Whether he's working on a project, a business, a hobby or an interest. By saying "I'm so proud of you", it let him know that you respect and support his mission, whatever that may be.

3) "IF ANYONE CAN DO IT, IT'S YOU"
